NOTICE TO IAC PARENTS
For the safety of your children and to make the drop off/pick up process as smoothly as possible please note the following:

For the safety of your children and to make the drop off/pick up process as smoothly as possible please note the following:
- Drive safely in the parking lot and consider the safety of your children as well as others.
- Drop off starts at 7:30 a.m.(go around to the east doors facing Fujiyama). DO NOT ENTER through the front. That area is for staff and busses.
- Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 7:45 a.m. Classes start 7:45 a.m. Arriving after 7:50 a.m. is considered tardy.
- Report all absences by calling 614-794-0643 in the morning before school starts or leave a voicemail including your child’s first name, last name, and grade.
- Pick up is at the designated marked area in the east side of the parking lot by the cafeteria. Dismissal starts at 2:25 pm, student will not be released prior to this time.
- Parents are NOT permitted to come in the building before 8 a.m. and/or after 2:30 p.m unless it’s for an appointment.
- Remain in your car until students are released to you. Do not park in front of the building during pick up and drop off times-that area is for busses only.
- All requests of changes from pick up to busing or vice versa must be reported to the office before noon or by sending a note with your child.
- Please understand that phone lines maybe busy or unavailable before 9 a.m. and after 3 p.m.
- Be on time to pick up your child before 3 pm. After 3 pm, there will be a late fee of $10 every 15 minutes per child.
