NOTICE TO IAC PARENTS
For the safety of your children and to make the drop off/pick up process as smoothly as possible please note the following:

For the safety of your children and to make the drop off/pick up process as smoothly as possible please note the following:
- Drive safely in the parking lot and consider the safety of your children as well as others.
- Drop off and pick up are only at the designated marked area in the east side of the parking lot by the cafeteria.
- No cars shall enter through the front of the building prior to 7:50 am and after 2 pm.
- Please understand that phone lines maybe busy or unavailable before 8 am and after 2 pm.
- Parents will NOT be permitted to come in the building unless an appointment has been scheduled prior to arrival.
- Drop off starts at 7:30 am in the drop off zone. Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 7:45 am. Classes start 7:45 am. After 7:50 am your child will be considered tardy.
- Pick up starts at 2:25 pm in the pick-up zone. Students will not be released prior to 2:25 pm. Only cars in line will be served.
- Remain in your car until students are released to you. Do not park in front of the building. That area is for BUSSES ONLY.
- All appointments and requests of changes from pick up to busing or vice versa must be reported to the office before noon or by sending a note with your child.
- Report all absences to 614-794-0643 in the morning before school starts and leave a voicemail including your child’s first name, last name and grade.
- Call Columbus City Transportation Department to inquire about bus status at
- Finally, be on time to pick up your child before 3 pm. After 3 pm, there will be a late fee of $10 every 15 minutes per child.
